Her earlier experience includes roles at Oregon State University, where she was the Human Services Resource Center Director and CSSA Faculty, and at Temple University as Director of Research Application and Dissemination.

Clare Cady holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Social Change from Clark University, where she studied from 1998 to 2002. She furthered her education at Washington State University, earning a Master of Arts in Education from 2003 to 2006.
