About Mindy Mc Carrolle
My passion for technology development has afforded me rich experiences in multiple industries. My roots are in aerospace endeavors, including civilian space exploration, astrophysical observation and both military and civilian aircraft. I apply analysis skills to the development of complex systems, as well as the understanding of complex data sets. My technical skills in project management, systems engineering, design, test planning, and materials and processes have culminated in my serving in engineering leadership roles for complex and interdisciplinary system development. Examples include aircraft simulators, high powered opto-mechanical systems, robotic systems, solar arrays, remote sensing instruments, MEMS devices and all-composite structures. Specific computing and software development skills include the use of RStudio, Minitab, MATLAB, Python, JIRA, Git, BitBucket, Anaconda | Jupyter, Spyder, SolidWorks, PDM Works, NX/UG, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, ANSYS, FEMAP and HyperMesh.
