Zhanneta Nekrich is the Regional Vice President for VA, MD, and DC, and serves as a Principal Broker. Originally from Russia, Zhanneta began her real estate career in 2004 as a residential sales agent. Her career trajectory saw a significant boost when she launched a successful sales team covering D.C., Maryland, and Virginia in 2008. By 2013, she had obtained her Associate Brokers license and continued to climb the ranks within the industry.

Zhanneta Nekrich currently serves as the Regional Vice President and Principal Broker for the regions of Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. In addition to her primary role, she has also held executive leadership positions with Long & Foster in Northern Virginia.
