About Kathleen (Katie) Chung
Katie Chung, MD is the Medical Director of Value Based Care for the San Francisco Health Network. Her interests are in improving equitable access to high-quality health care to vulnerable populations through technology, continuous quality improvement, patient education and empowerment. Her work to fight the opioid epidemic includes expanding access to treatment of addiction in Primary Care. She continues to practice clinically as a family physician at Silver Avenue Family Health Center, a community clinic in the SF Department of Public Health.
