As a Senior Clinical Research Lead at UCSF Breast Care Center, I oversee the ISPY2 Trial, a groundbreaking study that aims to improve the outcomes of women with breast cancer. I manage the clinical operations, data analysis, and regulatory compliance of the trial, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, physicians, and sponsors. I also mentor and train junior staff, ensuring quality and efficiency of the research process. In addition to my research role, I am also a passionate and successful leader in the sports industry. I am the founder of Mana Volleyball Training and Performance, a company that provides personalized and evidence-based coaching and fitness services to volleyball players of all levels. I am also the Program Director of Red Rock Volleyball Club, where I oversee the budget, recruitment, training, and customer service of the boys' program. Furthermore, I am pursuing my MBA degree at USC Marshall School of Business, with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation, to enhance my skills and knowledge in managing and growing sports-related and health-related businesses.
