Currently the Assistant Director of Information Technology with the School of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am responsible for all the computing and classroom technology needs for the School of Social Work it's various research centers. I also manage our college help desk and a team of employees who do tier 1 and tier 2 technical support.
