About Danielle Garno
I am a transactional and litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. I focus my practice on issues faced by the fashion community, including startup phase and commercial advice, intellectual property such as trademark and copyright infringement, social media marketing, licensing, digital assets, advertising and marketing, as well as general business litigation. I represent luxury brands and fashion clients of all sizes from startups to multinational, global brands, helping them navigate through legal issues as well as counseling them on growing and sustaining a successful brand. I have significant experience handling white collar criminal matters and complex civil fraud cases on behalf of companies and individuals, as well as advising on regulatory and compliance matters. When necessary, I also manage internal investigations and represent clients before state and federal regulatory bodies. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, I was an attorney in the entertainment and media group for an international law firm in its Miami office. I have written extensively and lectured all over the United States on topics relating to fashion law and also serve as an adjunct professor in Fashion Law at the University of Miami School of Law.
