Current Role and Responsibilities
Since 2021, Dana Carriere has been serving as a Lecturer at the Edwards School of Business, where she teaches a course titled COMM 347, focusing on Indigenous Business in Canada. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she contributes to the development of a portfolio of Indigenous business content and supports Indigenous students through mentoring. Carriere also holds the position of Indigenous Engagement Lead at Accelerate Her Future, where she has been working since 2021.

Dana Carriere has a diverse work history at the University of Saskatchewan. She worked as a Program Assistant and Events Coordinator at the International Centre for Northern Governance & Development from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, she served as an Equity Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Her roles have involved planning, designing, and delivering initiatives aimed at enhancing Indigenous engagement and supporting equity and diversity within the academic environment.
