Under her leadership, UTP has expanded its global distribution network, enhancing its reach across Canada, the United States, and internationally. She also manages the operation of five retail stores across the University of Toronto campuses, which provide academic resources to over 95,000 students and 15,000 faculty members.

Prior to her current position, Mosher held significant roles in various publishing organizations. She was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Nelson from 2016 to 2021. Before that, she served as Director on the Board of Directors at Access Copyright from 2014 to 2016. Her extensive experience at Pearson included roles such as General Manager for Higher Education, Executive Product Manager, and Editor in Chief, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the publishing industry.

Jessica Mosher has a diverse academic background. She earned a Master of Arts in Medieval Philosophy from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Theology from McGill University. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from McGill University.
