He worked at Nike as the Category Director for Men’s Running in Greater China from 2016 to 2017 and as the Director of Strategic Planning from 2013 to 2016. He also spent time at eBay, where he held multiple senior management roles, including Head of Fashion Europe and Senior Manager for eBay Motors. His experience also includes a brief tenure as a Retail Specialist Consultant at IDEO in 2019 and as Director of New Media at Aquaspace Group in 2012.

Xin He studied at the University of Oxford, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Management from 1995 to 1998. He later obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2004.
