Delfina Paesani Rosello has been employed at Utoppia as a UX/UI Designer since 2022. She was the first member to join the internal UX/UI team after the company decided to bring this function in-house. In her role, she is responsible for the UX/UI design of Utoppia's beta version and minimum viable product (MVP). Her work involves conducting user interviews to identify and address user pain points, ensuring that the design meets the needs of the target audience.

Delfina Paesani Rosello holds an International Relations Degree from Universidad del Salvador, which she completed from 2015 to 2019. She served as Head of Design at Dine.Direct in the United States from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, she worked in web development for Green Cross in the United Kingdom and CAMECA from 2020 to 2021. Her experience also includes a role as Community Manager at SalvaCorp in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 2019 to 2022, and a position in graphic design at WINIM in 2020.

Delfina has actively pursued professional development in design and technology. She completed multiple courses at Escuela Da Vinci, including UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and Web Development, each lasting 11 months in 2019. This commitment to continuous learning has enhanced her skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving field of design.
