In 2019, he was an intern at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, serving as a Youth Mentor at KIPP Academy in Miami, Florida. These roles have contributed to his skills in communication and mentoring.

Volunteer Work and Advocacy

During high school, Aaron Malcolm was actively involved in advocacy and community service. He proposed and established the Black Student Union at South Broward High School to educate on the trauma of marginalized black communities and promote black excellence. He also organized a Black culture awareness week at the school. Additionally, he engaged in voter outreach as a representative of the NAACP and worked with organizations like the African American Youth Advisory Board of Broward County.

Participation in McKinsey First Year Leadership Academy

Aaron Malcolm is currently participating in the McKinsey First Year Leadership Academy, an immersive workshop designed to explore consulting careers and refine problem-solving and leadership skills.
