About Randall Howard
A prolific serial technology CEO and investor, looking to connect to senior executives and private equity participants in the global technology business. I primarily focus on software-based, B2B with a strong element of mobile and web. Currently, General Partner at Verdexus, a transatlantic strategic advisory firm, primarily delivering our "Venture 2.0" hands on investment playbook to early and mid-stage companies in Canada and Europe. Prior to 2001 was founder and CEO of MKS, a global lead in application lifecycle management solutions, which was sold in 2011 to Parametric Technology Corporation for $304 million. I am passionate about building a globally competitive tech ecosystem locally and invest heavily to assist in that mission. Finally, I have a passion for transformation and growth in the world of Social Enterprises and believe that a new crop of "Social Innovation" can truly change the world.
