Previous Experience at Verint
Tassa has a significant history with Verint, where she worked in various roles over several years. She served as a Scrum Master for seven months in 2016, followed by a position as QA Team Leader from 2015 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, she was the E2E QA Team Leader and Product Owner. Additionally, she worked as a Senior QA specializing in Security and Networking from 2003 to 2015, accumulating a total of over 12 years of experience at Verint.
Background in Security and Networking
Before her tenure at Verint, Tassa worked at Sela as a Windows, Security, and Networking Expert from 2000 to 2003. Her educational background includes studies at Hi-Tech College, where she focused on Networking and achieved certifications such as MCSE and MCP + I from 1998 to 1999. She furthered her education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, studying Security Management and Hacking Techniques, earning the CISO certification from 2007 to 2008.

Her leadership in defining and tracking coverage for the security assessment policy set by the PMO is crucial for maintaining robust security practices across the organization.
