Achievements
During her time at Visiativ, Elizabeth played a key role in a two-year ERP change project aimed at improving customer experience and sales administration. She achieved significant improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by implementing dematerialized invoice sending, which reduced disputes and resulted in operational gains. Additionally, she is actively preparing for the upcoming Finance Law concerning the generalized dematerialization of invoices.
