Prior to joining Vistra, Chapman Li worked at several organizations in talent acquisition roles. He was the Talent Acquisition Lead for North Asia at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from 2018 to 2020. Before that, he served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ricardo Rail in Hong Kong from 2017 to 2018. His experience also includes a managerial position at Stirling Andersen from 2015 to 2017.
Educational Background
Chapman Li holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and Design from the University of London, where he studied from 2007 to 2009. He also studied Law and obtained an LLB from X Middlesex University. His early education includes attendance at Brighton, Hove and Sussex Sixth Form College (BHASVIC) and West Hove School.
Career Progression
Chapman Li began his career as a Senior Consultant at Darwin Rhodes in Hong Kong, where he worked from 2009 to 2012. He then transitioned to Randstad as a Team Leader from 2013 to 2015. His career continued to evolve as he took on various roles in talent acquisition and management, leading to his current position at Vistra.
