Additionally, he was the Divisional Vice President - People and Organisation Development Asia at Coach from 2015 to 2016.
Education and Expertise
Hutchinson has a strong educational background in human resources and organizational development. He studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at INSEAD, earning an Executive Masters in Change from 2021 to 2023. He also completed Level Three Organisation Coaching at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership between 2011 and 2016. Furthermore, he achieved MCIPD in HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development from 1999 to 2003.
