Frank Hidskes serves as the Head of Bid Management at Vistra, a position he has held since 2018. He coordinates strategic developments around pricing of Vistra’s services, which significantly impacts multijurisdictional RfPs and bids. Additionally, he leads Win/Loss and Lessons Learned sessions for all managed bids, producing detailed reports that include root cause analysis.

Before joining Vistra, Frank Hidskes held various positions in different organizations. He worked as a Senior Business Consultant and later as a Senior Project Manager at DataroomServices B.V. from 2010 to 2015. He also served as a Management Trainee at Lidl from 2009 to 2010. His earlier roles included working as a Student Assistant in Private International Law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and as an intern at NMa and Houthoff Buruma in 2008. He was also involved in sales support at RDC from 2008 to 2009.

Education and Expertise

Frank Hidskes has a solid educational background in law and business management. He obtained a Master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Groningen, completing his studies in 2008. He further enhanced his expertise by studying Strategic Account Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in 2014. Additionally, he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where he studied Commercial Arbitration and earned a certificate.
