She also held various positions at Appco Group Asia, including Sales Manager, Head of Recruitment & Administration, and Head of Marketing Communications, from 2010 to 2015 in Bangkok Metropolitan Area, Thailand. Additionally, she served as HR Manager at BDO in Thailand from 2018 to 2020.

Jenny V. has a strong educational background in human resources. She studied at Assumption University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from 2004 to 2008. She furthered her studies at CIPD Qualifications, achieving a Diploma in HR Practice in 2016 and an Intermediate Diploma in HR Management, equivalent to a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, from 2019 to 2020.
