He also served as the CEO and co-founder of Digital Brain from 1998 to 2001 in the Madrid area. Additionally, he was the Technical Manager at Antena 3, where he coordinated and developed the Atapuerca 3D series from 2001 to 2003.
Involvement in Major Broadcasting Projects
Rafael Cobo Barrio has been involved in significant projects with major broadcasters and media companies across Europe. His collaborations include working with OBS, Antena 3, Tele 5, Dorna, EiTB, and TV3. Notably, he coordinated and managed computer graphics and IT for the 2015 European Games in Baku, collaborating with various organizations such as ISB, SwissTiming, Quantel, Edit Rooms, Master Control Room, and OV Bans.

He studied at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), where he earned a degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Computer Graphics from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, he attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), where he studied Human Evolution, achieving a degree in Biological Sciences from 1986 to 1991.
