I built the foundation of my professional career in higher education development & alumni relations, specializing in stewardship & donor relations. In 2021, I pivoted to a customer success role in the energy technology space with the goal of continuing to make a positive impact on the world by advancing the transition to a clean energy future. I have a passion for creating outstanding experiences and building meaningful relationships between customers and mission-driven organizations. I am highly skilled at uniting internal stakeholders within complex organizations to advance cross-functional initiatives that ensure exceptional experiences for external constituents. My areas of strength include people management, copywriting, communications program development/management, data analytics, database/systems administration, and project management. I have an excellent track record of success in process improvement, building scalable communications and engagement programs, and connecting individuals with mission-driven organizations. A Bachelor of Arts in management, communication, & media studies, a Master of Business Administration in strategy & innovation, and many years of diverse, multidisciplinary experience enable me to learn quickly, thrive in fast-paced environments, and tackle even the most complex customer experience challenges.
