He later served as the Executive Director of the Real Estate Finance Department at Sberbank CIB from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, he was the Deputy Head of the Project Finance and Real Estate Construction Department at Alfa-Bank from 2010 to 2012.

Alexey Suyazov holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in real estate management and development from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, where he studied from 2011 to 2013. He also studied at Tver State Technical University, earning a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Roads and Airfields from 1999 to 2004. Furthermore, he completed additional studies at Tver State Technical University in the Faculty of Additional Professional Education, specializing as an Economist-manager from 2001 to 2004.
