Prior to that, he was the Head of Internal Audit at Erste Bank in Austria from 2008 to 2013. Stetsenko also served as the Head of Branch Network Audit Coordination Department at Otp Bank in Hungary from 2006 to 2008. His extensive experience in internal audit roles has contributed to his expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance.

Vadym Stetsenko began his career in auditing at Deloitte, where he worked as an Auditor from 2005 to 2006 in New York, New York, United States. This role provided him with foundational experience in audit practices and standards, which he later applied in his banking career.
