Sharon Levy has held multiple positions at WalkMe since joining the company in 2018. She currently serves as the Head of Delivery for Professional Services, a role she has occupied since 2022. Prior to this, she was the Manager of Customer Value & Services from 2020 to 2022 and worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, she served as the Technical & Solutions Enablement Manager from 2019 to 2020. Throughout her tenure, she has developed the onboarding program for the global Solution Engineering team and focuses on retention and growth of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Education and Expertise
Sharon Levy has a solid educational background in Management Information Systems and Services, having earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2015 and 2018. She also studied Python at She Codes from 2019 to 2020. Her training as an SAP instructor and trainer was completed at the Israel Defense Forces from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, she holds a high school diploma from Mekif G, Ashdod, obtained from 2004 to 2010.
Background
Before joining WalkMe, Sharon Levy gained experience in various roles related to training and consulting. She worked as an SAP Trainer and Consultant at CEMEX and Ness SES from 2013 to 2014. She also served as an SAP Trainer for the Israel Ministry of Defense from 2015 to 2016 and as a Software Trainer and Consultant at Mifal Hapais for a brief period in 2015. Her diverse background in training and consulting has contributed to her expertise in professional services.
