She works closely with some of the largest agency groups and advertisers globally, providing them with unbiased marketing insights and advice. Her responsibilities include delivering webinars, awards, events, and advisory services aimed at improving marketing effectiveness.

Prior to her current role, Parris Francis worked at WARC in various capacities. She was a Client Services Manager from 2018 to 2019, where she focused on client engagement and service delivery. Earlier, she served as a Client Support Executive from 2017 to 2018, contributing to client relations and support initiatives. Her tenure at WARC has been marked by her involvement in enhancing marketing effectiveness through various initiatives.
Co-Founder of Black in Business
Parris Francis is a co-founder of Black in Business, an initiative established in 2019 aimed at supporting and empowering Black professionals in the business sector. Educational Background
Parris Francis completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology at The University of Wolverhampton from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, she attended Trinity High School from 2004 to 2011. Her educational background has provided her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, which is beneficial in her roles within customer value and marketing.
Previous Work Experience
Before her current position, Parris Francis gained diverse experience in various roles. She interned at Donald Edge London in 2016 and participated in a roundtable at The Black British Network in 2021. Additionally, she worked at Look Ahead Care and Support as a Recruitment Administrator and HR Admin Partner from 2014 to 2016. These roles contributed to her skills in administration, recruitment, and client services.
