About Rachael Kim
I am a passionate multi-hyphenate who is all about driving equity in all forms. After 10 years of global strategic consulting mainly out of London, I had four doctors telling me I needed to change my life as I almost died. As I spent much of my corporate experience being an intrapreneur building GDPR and information risk strategy programmes for Forturne 100 clients across the world, I decided to backpack around the world to heal and understand how I can use my superpowers for good. Five years and two femtech startups later, I have spent the last eighteen months amplifying diverse femtech founders through my national event series, The Femtech Salon, in NYC, LA, ATL, and AUS (SXSW). I love working with sponsors and partners likeTechstars, Crunchbase, JP Morgan, and many others who are committed to supporting diverse female and femtech founders—giving us the ability to over 14 events with extension into Chicago, DC, Nashville, and Miami for the next year. I love ecosystem + community building and truly believe that investors have the ability to shape and dictate our future while having the responsibility of innovating investment approaches to support $1T+ emerging markets that don't traditionally fall under the old Silicon Valley model like femtech and aerospace.
