Daniel Jan has a diverse educational background. He studied Chemical Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), earning an Engineer's degree from 1983 to 1987. He further pursued theological studies, achieving a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Harvest International Theological Seminary (HITS) from 2004 to 2008, and a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling from Sunergeo Theological Seminary from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, he completed a Master of Theology (MTh) at Indonesia Theological Seminary - Jakarta in 2014.
