I use data to scale ideas. As an operations leader with a background in economics research, I’ve worked at the intersection of program management and analytics, managing multidisciplinary teams to grow companies. I love the balance between the big picture strategy and nitty-gritty execution. I’ve restructured data classification systems at Airbnb, interpreted regulatory filings for the Federal Reserve, built and launched a successful mental health technology startup, and lived & worked in four countries. In all of these organizations I've excelled at partnering with cross-functional leaders to understand their goals and using data science tools to surface actionable insights that support their key objectives.
