Senior (JIRA) System Administrator for EONIMS Responsibilities includes the overall system support of Emergency Operations Incident Management system. Include network administration of all Emergency Operation Network servers for the FDA. Respond to customer related issues which involve troubleshooting Emergency Operations Network related issues and training user on complex system related processes and procedures work in the Emergency Operations Network environment. Provide one on one customer training and troubleshooting analysis of user related issues. Managed SOP documentation to be used by none technical and technical personnel for troubleshooting and resolving system issues quickly. FDA Emergency Operations Network Incident Management System (EON IMS) captures incidents regarding FDA regulated national incidents that are, or may be responsible for causing injury, illness or adverse events. When an emergency response to an incident is required, the system also captures the large volume of information the response may generate, in "near real-time," including early investigational activities and analytical findings. The system also generates Geographic Information System (GIS) maps related to emergency response activities and creates an historical record of response related information. The EON IMS serves as a data mart for emergency preparedness and response literature, i.e. FDA, Departmental and government emergency response plans. As a knowledge management tool, EON IMS provides timely awareness of public health issues involving FDA regulated products to key agency officials through alerts/notifications. Administrator of SharePoint site for Emergency Operations Network knowledge base in of support team members to assist in troubleshooting known system issues. Assigned site permissions to users based on their need to access certain folders and sub sites.
