Certified Chartered Accountant and currently pursuing CISA and CIA certification.I am a skilled risk management audit professional with extensive experience in audit of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for GAAP and Statutory Reporting (MAR) with focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 302 and 404. I have over 20 years of management experience and produce high quality deliverable's on time and on budget. My key strengths are communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, create efficiencies and execution. I would like to explore opportunities in the areas of internal audit, enterprise risk management, internal controls/SOX 302 and 404 and GAAP reporting. I have a varied of public, international and private accounting and I am a lean 6 Sigma Green Belt and am always looking for ways to implement process improvement.
