In her role, she directs all enterprise project portfolio management, application development, and corporate technology services. Shaw also serves as Co-Chair of the Wendy’s Cultural Diversity Network, which she initiated to promote diversity within the organization.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to her current role, Shaw worked at several technology firms. She was a Technical Lead at Mastech from 1998 to 2000 in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. Following that, she served as a Technical Manager at Oracle from 2000 to 2005 in the Greater Atlanta Area. Shaw then took on the role of Practice Director for Managed Services at EiS Technologies from 2005 to 2011, where she built a managed services Oracle consulting practice that achieved $1.5 million in annual revenues.
Education and Expertise
Stephanie Shaw earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from West Liberty University, where she studied from 1994 to 1997. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Labor Relations from West Virginia University, completing her studies in 1998. Her educational background supports her expertise in technology management and organizational leadership.
