I'm a creative, business and product leader with experience partnering and mentoring startups, tech giants, VCs, PE firms, real estate companies, fashion houses and brands. After mentoring and working directly with dozens of venture-backed startups, I created 15 Finches, a startup studio that has worked as partners (both cash and equity) with these companies to help find product market fit, consult on and design product, rebrand and propel growth at various stages. The agency I founded, Weston Baker Creative Group, has significant experience guiding companies of all kinds in their own positioning, branding, marketing, digital and presence. A unique area of my expertise is in the middle of this ecosystem of startups and VCs. I’m inspired by challenges that require problem solving, creative solutions and collaboration.
