About Aashika Vishwanath

Aashika is a passionate and innovative Computer Science student with a dynamic background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Full-Stack Development. She is pursuing a B.S.E in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania, with minors in Entrepreneurship, Data Science, and Math, and an intended accelerated M.S.E. in Computer Science. Aashika has diverse professional experiences, such as at The Wharton School, using AI/ML to derive economic insights from multi-million row datasets; at DQLabs, crafting anomoly detection algorithms to improve customer data quality; MIT, discovering the role of overparameterization in neural networks, and Pictory, creating content revealing the inner workings of NLP product technology. She has also created an array of full-stack dev projects, a notable contribution being ChaTA - an LLM TA - that won the 2023 Carnegie Mellon University Generative AI Hackathon for an award of $20,000. Aside from work and project experiences in technology, Aashika is the executive vice president of the Wharton Data Analytics Club, an Investment Analyst at the Penn Venture Group (PVG), and a developer at Penn Blockchain. Aashika has a deep passion for making this world a better place for humanity through the art and science of Artificial Intelligence. She is the founder of Acadaimy, a YouTube channel on AI, with 11.8k+ subscribers across 80+ countries. She is also a best-selling published Amazon book author on Artificial Intelligence. Aashika is also passionate about fine arts. She's been training for classical dance for over 13 years and completed her grand debut of an Indian art form called Bharatanatyam in 2019. She also earned 2nd place at Reflections Nationals for her thematic Bharatanatyam choreography to the Western song, “This is Me”. In 2021, Aashika graduated as a Certified Madhubani Artist from the government of Bihar, India for her successful completion of a rigorous 5 year Madhubani art training program, culminating in a 4 hour art exam and a solo art show with hundreds of families from throughout the world. Aashika is committed to driving innovation and excellence. With a blend of hands-on experience, academic rigor, and creative problem-solving, she is ready to contribute to cutting-edge projects and collaborative team efforts. She is currently looking for internship opportunities in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Venture Capital.
