Prior to founding Weil & Wein in 2007, Susan Weil had a successful career on Wall Street developing securitization programs and structuring commercial real estate loans. In addition, Susan has served as an advisor and Board Member for nonprofits in NYC, Washington DC, and Hong Kong. Susan completed the External Coaching Intensive (ECI) at Columbia Business School and Teachers College and Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program. She received an MBA from Yale SOM and a BSE from The Wharton School.
