Hi! I am a veteran product & company builder with an acute customer empathy, "green fingers" for growing talent and devotion to solving the most complex problems. Tinkering on something new and just moved to Detroit, reach out! My drive is to bring forward a relentlessly optimistic future by threading deep customer compassion through the first principles to weave irresistible, meaningful and impact conscious experiences -- both for customers and teams that serve them. Over the past 15 years I’ve co-founded several innovation & venture builder teams. During that rich time, I got to mine customer insight, craft product vision and business strategy, polish experience design and iterate on problem/solution, product /market fit over and over to deliver business results. Together with the world's largest corporate investors we have tackled the hairiest problems from healthcare to satellite imagery to climate, B2B and B2C, across technologies and geographies. I am proud to have build many profitable businesses as well raised a generation of optimistic entrepreneurs in the process. I loved portfolio work… until life smashed me face-first into the ultimate set of problems worth solving. Driven by the health-challenges my dearest people are facing, I went on to found a health tech startup and iterated on a range of problems in brain-body health, systemic health, behavioural and pediatric developmental health. Facing deep structural challenges of the German market it became clear that we are not able to achieve scale and impact we were seeking. At the moment I'm preparing the move to the US, advising some outstanding health tech founders and exploring new opportunities to create customer/health/planet positive impact.
