๐โโ๏ธ ABOUT ME Hi, I'm Rosie. I am a senior product designer in the Bay Area and have 6+yrs of launching B2B and B2C products for rapidly growing startups. My expertise lies in driving monetization, user acquisition, and the rapid execution of data-driven experiments. I'm also the founder of roisequcoach, a program that helps designers navigate their job search and level up their skills and experience through individualized coaching. Beyond that, I am a public speaker, founder, and startup advisor. ๐ฏ RESULTS & IMPACT As a career coach, I love to mentor people to achieve career goals. For more than two years, I have educated, supported, and guided junior and mid-senior designers (0-3 years experience), aspiring students with no prior experience who aim to enter the field of UX and gain admission to top UX schools. I have coached more than 200 designers and was recognized as one of the top 1% mentors for July, August, September, October, November, December 2023 and January 2024, and one of the top 50 female mentors at ADPlist. ๐ MY CAREER BACKSTORY I landed my first full-time job as a product designer within three months after graduating from Cornell in 2017. I'm an expert in translating user and business needs into a wide range of functional and visually appealing designs. My front-end development and product management certificates contribute to a strong skill set in a cross-functional team environment. I am proficient in social networking, e-commerce, marketplace, developer tools, and Edtech.
