1- Strong data analysis Experience using reliability modeling and predictions. 2- Strong root-cause and root-cause failure analysis (RCA-RCFA). 3- Failure reporting, Analysis and corrective action system(FRACA). 4- Works with production to perform analyses of assets including the remaining useful life of the product. 5- Good understanding the effect of maintenance on reliability(cost, training personal , preventive maintenance scheduling,...etc 6- Experience in developing and modifying test procedures for new/existing products. 7- Experience in guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, controls, and safety. 8- Very good understanding of electromechanical systems
