I have a passion for solving complex problems and working with intricate systems. I enjoy breaking issues down into manageable components and finding the best solution for all involved stakeholders. I have over 14 years of experience in the manufacturing and electronics manufacturing industries. My roles have included Customer Quality Engineer, Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Control, Applications Engineering, and Technical Support. Regardless of the position, ensuring the customer’s needs are met has always been the top priority. My responsibilities have allowed me to work with suppliers, engineers, manufacturing teams, and customers in the aerospace, automotive, military, shipbuilding, and research industries. My duties have included: - Developing the Quality Management System for a manufacturing facility - Conducting internal audits of an aerospace manufacturing facility against the AS9100 standard - Serving as a host to AS9100 surveillance and customer audits - Performing Production Readiness Reviews - Reviewing and compiling First Articles Inspection Reports - Conducting product inspections, performing the failure analysis, and implementing corrective actions - Six Sigma audits of work areas - Leading demonstrations and training classes of complex equipment and software for internal and external customers - Providing technical support for scientific equipment - Improving and creating technical documentation and procedures for product support and customer literature
