Aytug Goksu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ankara University, where he studied at the Faculty of Political Sciences from 1999 to 2003. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University, completing his studies there from 2008 to 2010.
