She worked as a Research Associate in Middle East Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations from 1998 to 2000. She then served as Associate Director of International and Corporate Affairs at AIG from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, she was the Executive Director at the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation from 2007 to 2008 and later took on the role of Associate Director of Corporate Giving at AIG from 2008 to 2009.
