Kate Roberts has served as a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum since 2007. In this role, she has contributed to various initiatives aimed at addressing global challenges. Notably, she brought The Girl Effect initiative to the Forum and is a Founding Curator of The Young Global Shapers. Before her current role, Kate Roberts worked at Population Services International as part of the Maverick Collective from 1999 to 2020 in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. She has also held positions at Saatchi & Saatchi as Managing Director for 141 Russia and 141 Romania from 1996 to 1999 in London, and at Independent Media as Marketing and Distribution Manager in Moscow from 1994 to 1995.
Achievements
Kate Roberts founded The Body Agency, which focuses on female body and sexual wellness and supports women in impoverished regions through its Foundation TBA Collective. She also operates Katmondo Lifestyle, a residential real estate group and catering business inspired by her global travels. Additionally, she owns an Olive Grove in Italy, where she plans to create a hub for change makers.
