Previous Experience in Banking
Nikki Kemp has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at HSBC for nine years from 1994 to 2003. During her tenure, she held various positions, including Senior Relationship Banker, Credit Training Manager, and FIG Credit Manager, in both Sydney, Australia, and London, UK. Following her time at HSBC, she joined ANZ, where she worked as Executive Director from 2003 to 2014 in Sydney and later as Regional Executive Director from 2014 to 2016 in Singapore.
Entrepreneurial Ventures
In addition to her banking career, Nikki Kemp co-founded ELINOR Energy, where she worked from 2019 to 2020 in Singapore. She also served as Managing Director at Ambler Sun Pte Ltd from 2016 to 2020. These roles contributed to her expertise in sustainable development and capital mobilization.
