He also served as Project Lead for Knowledge Networks and Analysis from 2017 to 2018. Experience at United Nations Development Programme
Burkolter's career includes experience at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where he worked as a Consultant at the International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth in 2012 for one month. He also interned at UNDP in the same center from 2011 to 2012 for five months. His roles involved supporting inclusive growth initiatives and contributing to policy development.

Pablo Burkolter has a strong educational background in international relations and governance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Geneva, where he majored in Politics and International Law from 2006 to 2009. He later obtained a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Governance from Universität St. Gallen from 2009 to 2011.
