She also proposed the 'fishing gear house keeper' solution to combat ghost fishing gear, which earned the most practical award at the China Green Innovation summer institute co-hosted by Tsinghua University and APPLE. These initiatives reflect her commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement.

She worked at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as an intern on the Climate Risk and Resilience Project in 2021 for three months in Beijing.
