He attended the Scuola Militare Nunziatella and later studied Law Science at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from 2001 to 2004. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, obtained from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, he completed studies in Military Science and Operational Studies at the Italian Military Officers Academy and graduated from the Italian Carabinieri Police Academy with a diploma in Police Work & Law Enforcement.

Dario Conte has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served in various capacities within the Arma dei Carabinieri. He held the rank of Police Lieutenant from 2003 to 2009, then progressed to Police Captain from 2009 to 2015, and finally served as Police Major (ret.) from 2015 to 2019. His career in law enforcement has provided him with a solid foundation in security and operational management.
International Security Coordination Experience
Dario Conte has participated in significant international security operations. He served as the UN Event Security Coordinator for the G20 Summit in 2021 for one month in Brindisi, Apulia, Italy. Additionally, he worked as the UN Deputy Event Security Coordinator for COP 27 in 2022 for one month in Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt. These roles highlight his capability in managing security for high-profile international events.
