Additionally, she was a Programme Policy Officer - Activity Manager for Emergencies in Port-au-Prince, Haiti from 2021 to 2023, and served as an Emergency Officer in the same location from 2020 to 2021. Her experience also includes a role as an Operational Information Management Officer during the Ebola response in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2018.

Philippine D'alverny has a strong academic background in international relations and public administration. She obtained a Master of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2014 to 2015. She also holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from SDA Bocconi, completed from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, she earned a dual degree in Economics and English from Université Paris Nanterre from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, she studied at American University in Washington D.C. for one year from 2013 to 2014.
