Work at Xceedance
Manisha Madhu has been serving as a BA Manager at Xceedance since 2015. In this role, she is responsible for creating mapping documents for Duck Creek downstream Data Integration projects. She collaborates closely with technical teams and architects to ensure that business objectives are met in technical designs. Additionally, she leads the BACoE capability within the organization, managing implementations in areas such as Policy Admin System and Headless implementation for Duck Creek products.
Previous Experience
Before joining Xceedance, Manisha worked at several organizations. She was a Senior Business Analyst at Computer Sciences Corp Limited (CSC) from 2013 to 2015, where she contributed to various projects in Noida. Prior to that, she worked as a Process Associate at Xchanging Technologies India Private Limited from 2008 to 2010 in Gurgaon, India. Additionally, she served as a Senior Underwriting Assistant at Torus Insurance from 2010 to 2013, also in Gurgaon.
Education and Expertise
Manisha Madhu completed her Master's degree in Finance & Control at Banaras Hindu University from 2004 to 2006. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same university, which she earned from 2001 to 2004. Earlier in her education, she attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where she completed her 10th and 12th grades from 2004 to 2006.
Project Management Skills
In her current role, Manisha prepares project plans and tracks backlog items, ensuring that all requirements are estimated and story points are assigned. She conducts multiple requirements gathering sessions to facilitate change requests and enhancements. Manisha performs gap analysis by analyzing the as-is and to-be states of functionalities and prepares various requirement documents such as wireframes, flow charts, BRDs, and FSDs according to CMMI level 5 standards.
Collaboration and Coordination
Manisha works closely with development, architecture, and testing teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Her coordination efforts are essential in aligning technical designs with business objectives, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of project implementations.
