Experience in User Experience Research

In her current role, Jenn Nolte designs and conducts both qualitative and quantitative user needs and usability studies to assess user preferences and trends. She serves as the primary liaison to the product vendor, bepress, for the Library’s Digital Commons and Expert Gallery Suite. Prior to her current position, she gained experience as a UX Apprentice at Cronin in 2019, where she focused on user experience methodologies.

Part-Time Role at Gateway Community College

From 2013 to 2018, Jenn Nolte worked part-time as a Reference Librarian at Gateway Community College in New Haven, Connecticut. In this role, she provided reference services and support to students and faculty, enhancing their access to library resources and information.
