Prior to his current role, Rifat Demircioglu worked at several notable companies in the microelectronics field. He was a Senior Hardware Designer at STMicroelectronics from 2006 to 2010, followed by a position as Project Manager at Ericsson Microelectronics from 2010 to 2014. He also held roles at TUBITAK UEKAE as a Senior Digital Design Designer from 2001 to 2006 and at Nortel Networks / NETAS as a Digital HW Designer from 2000 to 2001.
Education and Expertise
Rifat Demircioglu holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, which he completed from 2000 to 2004. He also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in the same field from Yildiz Technical University between 1996 and 2000. His training includes advanced FPGA design and embedded system development with Xilinx tools, as well as DO-254 Design Assurance Guidance for airborne electronic hardware.

Demircioglu has completed Project Management Professional Training in both 2014 and 2019. Rifat Demircioglu possesses extensive knowledge in signal processing and data communication technologies, including standards such as 802.11, I2C, PCIe, SDIO, UART, Bluetooth, and SDH. He is experienced in various programming languages, including Tcl, Perl, C, Pascal, Assembly, and Visual Basic. His background also includes a strong foundation in cryptology.
