She also served as a Senior Brand Strategist at Taproot Foundation from 2010 to 2016 and held a management position at Olsten in Milwaukee, WI from 1991 to 1994.

Entrepreneurial Ventures

In addition to her roles in established organizations, Kelly Chmielewski is also the Founder and Brand Innovator at The Possibility Shop, a venture she initiated in 2017. This initiative focuses on brand innovation and strategic growth. Previously, she ran her consultancy, the Kelly Chmielewski Marketing Consultancy, from 1995 to 1998, providing marketing advice to various clients.

Kelly Chmielewski earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and French from St. Norbert College, where she studied from 1987 to 1991.
